Details of Movements can be sent to us in writing by e-mail or fax. We will then put the data in a form which will be accepted by the Cattle Traceability System and will e-mail it for you. You will then receive an acknowledgement by fax or e-mail when the movement has been notified successfully. If movement information is rejected by the Cattle Traceability System we will contact you to try an resolve the problem and re-transmit the information until it is accepted. Membership starts from as little as £20 (plus VAT) per year for up to 100 movements You can now notify movements of older animals electronically as long as they have a Certificate of Registration on the Cattle Tracing System. If you wish to notify movements of older animals, please contact us to discuss this as it is important to send the identifier correctly, spaces are particularly critical. Details of movements may be sent to us by fax (on forms we provide), by e-mail or by mobile phone text message. More information on these methods will be sent to you when you join.
