We now have the Websters' map giving the locations of cases and Andrew Heggie's maps giving an idea of the progress of the epidemic.

MAFF have now produced a diagram of the links between foot and mouth cases.

We were the first people in the country to obtain a Cattle Passport electronically. You may now fax, e-mail or use your mobile phone text messaging service to send your Cattle Passport Applications and Movement Notifications to BCMS through us for a small annual subscription. Most applications will arrive at BCMS the same day.

New Developments

We are now offering you the ability to send cattle passports and cattle movements to us via your mobile phone using text messaging. Receipts can be sent to you by this method as well.

From mid-September 2000 you can notify movements of older cattle electronically provided they have a Certificate of Registration on the Cattle Tracing System. We can process these movements for you and help you comply with the 7 day deadline. Please see our Cattle Movements page for more information.
